清晨的街头，起早的人群大致有3类：环卫工人、赶早市的菜贩子与出来晨练的中老年人。

在这3类人中，常让我在心里不自觉地拿来做比较的，是穿练功服的晨练者与穿黄马甲的环卫工人。

在我看来，这众多起早晨练的人当中，几乎都是温饱有余者。他们唯一需要的，就是健康与平安。因此那一身宽大柔软的绵绸灯笼装，与似是而非的无名太极拳，便成了他们消耗多余营养的一种形式。而那些身穿橘黄色马甲的环卫工人们，则没有如此烦恼。因为他们身上，几乎是没有多余的营养。一年四季中，他们之所以一大早就准时出现在大街之上，大多是为了生计；甚至他们的一生，比这些穿练功服的人所付出的努力还要多。

而之所以境况又是如此的不同，也许只是缘于二者之间努力的方向与起步的高度，及其人生的际遇不一样罢了。

这些无需为生计担忧者，他们也许是缘于幼年勤学，也许是来自少壮努力，也许是得益于家庭背景抑或某种机遇。但我从那些黄马甲身上看到的并不是怨天尤人，而是一种踏实和满足，因为，从他们那一招一式的洒扫动作中，除了一种令人欣慰的健康之外，更多的则是一种坚强的品格与坦然的情怀：他们不屈于生活重担的压力、不惧于世俗眼光的歧视、更不计较劳与酬的不成比例……

运动有益于人的健康，但健康同样也少不了良好的心态。

因此撂笔之前，我衷心地祝愿穿练功服的与穿黄马甲的，以及世上一切的好人们，都能活在心地坦荡与健康平安之中。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的'现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。
