每天，家长要给学生带一壶水，学校会提供额外的水。

1、首先您要非常清楚了解学校的作息时间。(家长可以把作息时间表抄回去)请您一定要按时送孩子上学，千万不要迟到，以您的实际行动教育孩子有时间观念、遵守规章制度。送孩子的时候请您送到学校门口，让孩子自己走到教室，锻炼孩子的自理能力。

2、其次您要做好孩子在家的作息时间。

(1)、陪孩子学习。一年级的孩子刚入学，他们自己独立学习的能力暂时还没有具备，所以在他们回家读书、写字的时候就需要家长在一旁陪着，尤其是在写字上，孩子的握笔姿势，书写姿势，身子、眼睛的姿势，他们在没有人在一旁提醒一定不会按照课堂上规范的姿势(书写三个一)去做。要尽量作到：对、快、工整。所以希望孩子在回家写作业的时候家长能陪在身边。

(2)、做孩子的学习助手。做孩子的学习助手。尽管一年级的知识程度还不深，但是新课标的知识量却很大，比如语文每一篇课文要求会认的生字就有十几个，多数的生字还很繁琐，光靠课堂上讲课的时间让他们认会真的是很困难，所以我要求学生回家提前预习，把生字认会，课文读熟，这样到课堂上学生会很容易把新课的生字记会。

(3)、上学以后,孩子必须养成家庭学习的好习惯.孩子放学后,还留有上学时的紧张感,请家长先笑脸相迎,让孩子放松一下.接着让孩子坐在书桌前,摊开教科书及作业本,复习当天所学习的功课,时间从10分钟到20分钟,习惯以后,慢慢延长时间至30分钟到40分钟,游戏,看电视都得在做完功课以后.特别提醒的是:即使当天老师没有布置作业,也要让孩子在书桌前学习学习,(说话练习、组词练习、听话练习)如此每天在相同场所,相同时间实施,渐渐地,小孩就养成放学后在家用功的习惯.

一、做好幼小衔接工作。

各位家长，你的孩子放在我们班，我们作为老师会努力教好书，教育好孩子，但也需要你们的密切配合，家庭教育不可忽略。家长是孩子的第一任老师，你们的言传身教对孩子来说十分重要。我认为，家长不要过分看重孩子的成绩，思想、行为、品行教育同样重要。我们不能为孩子少考一分、二分而狠狠批评或打骂孩子，这对孩子是有害无益的。我们应该着重教育，和孩子讲道理，平时多和老师联系、沟通，多了解孩子在学校的表现，从而更好地有目的教育孩子。我们在座的都是孩子的家长，可怜天下父母心，谁不盼望孩子能成才，那就需要我们的共同努力!

1、给孩子一份好心情 孩子上小学了，这是他人生道路上的第一个重大事件和转折点。除了在物质上做好准备外，家长和教师还要特别注意为孩子营造一个积极良好的情绪氛围。让孩子对小学生活产生向往、渴望学习、渴望与他人交往，要让孩子感到上学是一件好事，是光荣的、值得骄傲的事。平时家长可以在与孩子交流中传递出这样的信息“你长大了，上小学了，爸爸妈妈真高兴”“我们家的小学生，做起事情来就是不一样了”，让孩子体会到父母为自己的成长而高兴，为自己即将的小学生活感到自豪。

家长还可以和孩子一起准备上学用的各种物品，可以带孩子走走上学的马路，在家长给孩子讲故事时，可以告诉他：“这些好听的故事都写在书里，等你上学认识了字，就能自己看了，还能从书里知道很多爸爸妈妈不知道的更好听的故事呢!”，这些方法可以有效保持孩子的有益学习动机。

2、培养孩子的时间观念 很显然，上小学后“时间”这个概念会更多地出现在孩子身旁。较之幼儿园的相对松散的作息时间，小学的作息时间更为紧密和严格。从早上起床时间到路上交通时间，再到上课时间、活动时间、作业时间、休息时间、上床睡觉时间等等都环环相扣。学校要以时间来保证各个环节的严格执行，所以很显然孩子要比上幼儿园时起得更早了，给早餐和路上留出足够的时间，督促孩子按时上学。必须保证学生7：50以前进教室交齐作业，不影响孩子8：00准时上课。

家长要有意识地培养孩子做一件事情的持久性，小学生上一节课要能保持40分钟以上的注意力，这个能力是需要练习的，比如可以让孩子画一张内容丰富复杂的画，讲一个较长时间的故事。培养孩子静心学习的好习惯。在日常生活中，家长就要有意识地培养孩子懂得什么时间应该做什么事，并一定要坚持做完;什么时间不应该做什么事情，并能够控制自己的愿望和行为。比如该写作业时一定要认真写，写完后收拾好书包才能去看电视或玩耍。有些家长自从孩子上学后就不再给孩子自由活动的时间，这样做是不科学的，应该给孩子一定的时间自己去支配，但要加以引导。

要培养孩子做事不要拖拉，每天一定要养成按时睡觉的好习惯，使一天的生活富有规律，保证有充足的体力和精力来面对小学生活。

3、入学需要具备良好个性品质

大多数的孩子入学时还没有良好的与人交往的能力或较稳定的情绪，形成这一切需要时间和训练。他们需要相关的个性品质，来适应学校生活。

其中包括：

自信——孩子自我感觉良好，相信自己能够成功。自信的孩子通常更愿意尝试新事物，并且在第一次尝试失败后再做努力。

独立——孩子应该学会独立完成自己力所能及的事情，有独立做事的强烈动机和基本能力。

动力——要培养学习动力，培养孩子广泛的兴趣和探究的欲望，增强孩子的求知欲。

好奇心——必须保持孩子天性中具有的好奇心，使他们能够从所有的学习机会中获得乐趣，鼓励孩子主动发问，切忌类似“怎么那么多问题” 的反感情绪的语言。

毅力——让孩子学会做事善始善终，懂得凡是教师要求做的事情都应努力完成。如：知道每天值日生所要做的事情;教师布置的作业必须完成;明确在每项活动中教师要求自己做的事情，并学会做完，不半途而废。

合作——孩子一定要能够与他人友好相处，学会与人分享快乐和遵守公共秩序，主动帮助他人。学会宽容他人。

4、入学前的安全教育

孩子上到小学后，他的活动范围和时间都要比上幼儿园时大很多，接触的事物也多很多，孩子在学校内外自由活动的机会大大增加了，这时也是孩子容易出现各种危险的时候，对于即将上学的孩子来说，必要的安全教育必不可少。

上下学路上的安全常识要记牢。不管是不是有家长陪同孩子上下学，注意交通安全都是很重要的。家长应该充分利用路上的时间和机会，给孩子讲解交通安全常识。

小孩子判断是非的能力弱，缺乏必要的安全意识，也缺乏自我保护的能力，这时家长一定要教给孩子一些安全常识和方法，比如放学最好和小伙伴结伴而行;在路上如果遇见不认识的人时，不随便告诉陌生人自己的家庭情况和住址，不要陌生人东西，不跟陌生人走。要教孩子熟悉用110电话报警，会向周围人寻求帮助、出现意外时向信赖的人求助应急方法。

在校园内要自己学会保护自己。孩子在学校内有一定的时间可以自由支配。他可以去操场玩，可以和其它小伙伴玩，而孩子好奇心强、行动易冲动、缺乏必要的安全经验的特点可能会导致一些危险。比如孩子玩大型器械时不自量力，和别人玩一些危险游戏。家长要引导孩子注意保护自己，知道自己身体的哪些部位特别要保护好，知道在楼道里不追跑打闹、不做危险动作，不猛跑，不乱扔东西，树立安全意识和自我保护意识。

独自在家时要注意安全。家长要反复告诫孩子哪些东西是不能自己随便动的，比如电插销、煤气灶、刀子等，明确告诉孩子不能爬开着的窗户、不能玩憋气的游戏。同时，在有家长陪同下，由家长逐步交给孩子使用各种工具的技能和方法，减少孩子的好奇心。

5、培养孩子良好的习惯

很多家长在孩子升入小学之后，都沦为“陪读”、“侍读”，而且对这种状况感到无可奈何，“孩子小，记不住作业”;“不看着她，她就不写作业!”

孩子初上学在家做功课时，家长给予适当的指导与帮助是必要的。但有的家长在孩子做作业时总是陪在旁边，一切准备工作由家长给做，有了困难家长马上予以解决，做作业时家长盯着，做完作业由家长检查、改错。这种做法是不可取的。久而久之，孩子会形成一种依赖心理，不陪就不读。孩子的学习自觉性和良好的学习习惯、学习能力都难以形成和发展。

怎样从“陪读”的角色中解放出来，让孩子获得独立学习的能力和习惯呢?

首先为孩子创设良好的家庭学习环境。孩子上学后，家庭是孩子学习的重要场所之一，家庭学习环境的准备是一项重要内容。您不妨从以下几个方面为孩子创设良好的家庭学习环境：

给孩子准备独立的学习小空间，可以是房间的一个角落或单独一个房间，有一张小书桌，一个小书柜即可，重在安静、整洁。

学具的准备：书包、文具盒 、直 尺、削好的hb铅笔5支、橡皮(没有图案的)。所有的文具只要实用就行，切忌玩具化、高档化。

当然，以上几点只是物质上的准备，仅有这些还不够。孩子做作业时家长忌在家中看电视、打麻将或频繁地问这问那，而应该让孩子独立地完成作业。家长也应有意在一旁看书、看报给孩子以潜移默化地影响。

不要 “陪读”并不是说不要去关心、帮助孩子，家长应每天查看孩子作业是否认真，读、写、算、默、背是否过关，有问题及时补救;家长还要帮助孩子学会学习。例如，低年级的孩子学习粗心，往往不会检查作业。为了培养孩子学会检查，家长可根据孩子的学习内容出些题目自己做，让孩子当老师来改爸爸妈妈的错。这种做法不仅会引起孩子的兴趣，而且在批改卷子的过程中就自然培养起仔细检查作业的能力。

据多来年的教育教学经验告诉我们，学生良好学习习惯的培养主要在小学低年级。而好的习惯可以成就一个人。所以，孩子入学后家长应注意培养孩子良好的学习习惯。如，按时完成作业，不拖拉;专心做作业，不磨蹭;作业本保持整洁，不乱涂、乱撕等。不要随意更换作业本。生活不要包办，养成孩子自己查看课表、整理书包、带好一切学习用品;放学后与孩子多交流在校学习了什么，以便家、校的配合，督促孩子更好学习;鼓励孩子学儿歌、听广播、看课外书和新闻节目等，为孩子准备几本有益的课外书籍并督促他每天定量阅读，养成读书的好习惯。养成良好的学习习惯，将对孩子今后的学习大有益处。

The Tibetan Antelope Kneeling On Its knees

Today I am going to tell you a true story about a life-altering event that happened to an old hunter from Tibet’s northern lands.

Early in the morning, the hunter saw a group of Tibetan antelopes on grass hill near his tent. He rushed out of his tent and mounted his horse with his rifle. The antelopes all quickly ran away except one. A strong, fat one ran only a few steps and came back. It looked imploringly at him, stepped up towards him and then knelt on its knees with tears streaming down from its eyes. Feeling softhearted for a flashing moment, the hunter did not pull the trigger. But after he shut his eyes, pulled the trigger and the antelope fell onto the ground in a kneeling position with discernible tears still on its face.

The old hunter restlessly cut the Tibetan antelope open. What he had saw made him choke on his breath and the knife fell on the ground with a crash. He saw a baby antelope lying in the womb, surely dead. All of a sudden he realized why the antelope was strong and fat and why it heavily knelt before him and cried: It was imploring him to have mercy on its baby!

The old hunter buried the antelope and its unborn baby together with his hunting rifle that day

I will never forget this story. Today I told it to more people and I’d like to point out: In the world the kneeling of loving mothers, whatever of human being or animal is sacred. Lives of all kinds are equal. Let us care about the nature, care about our life with our affection and respect to the life. Hopefully we could live harmoniously, as part of nature.

今天我要告诉大家一个发生在西藏北部的故事。这件事，促使一位老猎人改变了对生命的认识。

那天清晨，老猎人看到不远的草坡上有一群藏羚羊，立即跨上烈马，追了过去，藏羚羊四处逃窜，奇怪的是，有只肥壮的藏羚羊没跑多远，却转过身来，用乞求的眼神望着他，然后冲向他前行两步，两条前腿扑通一声跪了下来，与此同时，两行长泪从它眼里流出。老猎人心头一软，扣动扳机的手不由地松了一下，可是随即他双眼一闭，枪声响起，那只藏羚羊栽倒在地，倒地后仍然是跪卧的姿势。脸颊上的两行泪迹仍然清晰地留着。

老猎人怀着忐忑不安的心情对那只藏羚羊开膛扒皮，眼前的一切让他屏住了呼吸，手中的屠刀咣当一声掉在地上，原来在藏羚羊的子宫里静静地卧着一只小藏羚羊，它已经成型，自然是死了。这时候老猎人才明白为什么这只藏羚羊的身体特别肥壮，也明白了它为什么给自己下跪，流泪。它是求猎人留下自己孩子的生命呀!

当天，老猎人将那只藏羚羊连同它没有出世的孩子掩埋了，同时埋掉的还有他的枪。

这个故事曾经让我久久不能释怀，今天我把这个故事说给更多的人听，我更要说，天下所有慈母的跪拜，包括动物在内，都是神圣的，一切的`生命都是平等的，让我们所有的人怀着对生命的一种感动和敬畏，去珍爱自然，珍爱生命。愿人类能成为自然的一部分并和自然和谐共处。

School had been very easy for me in the beginning. I had been the usual routine---show up for school, complete assignments, take tests, get grades. And that was usually straight A’s. I thought school was that easy.

Suddenly middle school began. Sure, I was a top student for six years, why would it be any harder? It was; the bad mark in a pop quiz deeply humbled me.

I became very resentful and angry about my situation. I felt so depressed for feeling inferior.

The problem is, if you don’t exercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it is no fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turn exercise into fun?

As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.

Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.

Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?

However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.

Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

但噩运还在不断出现：金晶在队内选拔中失利，错失机会，无法参加2004年雅典残奥会!这对于金晶来说无疑是个晴天霹雳，把金晶残酷地推向冰冷的深渊。

一向乐观的金晶流下了绝望的眼泪。

退役后，曾在击剑比赛中受到重创的金晶，希望继续追寻从小就扎根心底的奥运梦想。突然，她有了一个主意，擦干眼泪，振作起来。决定报名参加北京奥运会火炬手。

在选拔当天，金晶以一段精彩的轮椅舞获得在场所有人的好评，当之无愧的成为火炬手，圆了自己多年以来的奥运梦。当金晶满怀喜悦地在巴黎传递圣火时，突然出现了企图干扰接力活动的“zd”分子。但金晶并不害怕。她用身体紧紧地保护着奥运圣火，让观众们感动不已。

事实上，让我们想想。金晶的梦想之路非常坎坷。然而，在这个普通的残疾女孩身上，却有许多感人的东西。她的开朗、她的坚强，还有她那超乎寻常的毅力都让我们惊叹。

女孩兰又做了同样的梦。梦中的她戴着一条洁白的哈达，摇着转经筒，

残酷的中国教育体制正努力的剥削着我们，可是我们没有被压垮，我们以我们的形式度过着属于我们的青春，这是一个叛逆的青春!放浪不羁的外表里我们承受着父母的期望，以及社会的质疑，还过年幼的我们本不该过早的拥有这么大的心理负担，可是社会不顾后果的将他们压在了我们的身上，现在还反过来对我们说：“你们是被压垮的一代。

”由于和国际接轨，我们这一代正不断的与日本，美国的孩子做着对比，对比的结果是我们这一代是处在茫茫黑夜看不到光明的一代，那些所谓的教育专家们不断的发表文章调侃着我们，可是他们却面对中国的教育无计可施！我不禁要问，到底是什么造就了与众不同的我们！

我有一个梦想，这个梦想是深深扎根于90年一代的梦想中的。

我梦想有一天，这个社会真正的了解我们，理解我们。 我梦想有一天，90后的孩子能和父母坐在一起，彼此了解，互相沟通。

我梦想有一天，甚至连校园这个囚牢般的地方，也将变成欢乐和自由的天堂。

我梦想有一天，老师将不完全是以我们的成绩，而是以我们的品格优劣来评定我们的好坏。

我梦想有一天，社会对我们不在质疑，我们的天空不再乌云密布，阳光初露，架起一道彩虹，闪亮人间！
